Client Development Platform - Web serves all the Web developers at Twitter. Our mission is to enable Web Developers to iterate faster, ship high-quality products, and enjoy doing it. We work to improve developer velocity and delivery by improving builds, test infrastructure, source control, continuous integration, and release.

Our team enables 100s of web engineers at Twitter to ship web apps that reach 100s of millions of our users around the world. Our customers expect a steady stream of new capabilities in how they engage in the public global conversation and we do our part to make that possible.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be one of the first Web Developers dedicated to accelerating Web development across all of Twitter. You’ll drive projects that span local development and continuous integration working alongside other engineers on the team who have expertise in Web, CI and Release tooling.

You must have a working knowledge of:

• Web Build tools, CI pipelines, and CD methodologies

• CS fundamentals

You should be familiar with many of:

• Web development workflows

• Web infrastructure (React, JavaScript/Typescript, Node, yarn)

• Open source community development

• Agile development methodologies, CI/CD infrastructure

• Engineering teams implementing build systems for complex source code, developing source control systems and continuous integration infrastructure

Notice (Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act)
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in Colorado is USD$146,000.00 - USD$204,000.00. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for participation in Twitter’s Performance Bonus Plan and Equity Incentive Plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
