What You’ll Do:
Partner with the Revenue Experience Research teams to drive operational effectiveness within our research practices
Work with Research leadership to support and foster healthy, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners in Revenue
Coordinate socialization efforts across matrixed and cross-functional stakeholders
Gather requirements and understand team member needs to identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement
Advise on research process and program improvements
Create a system for project management, budget forecasting and management, and OKR (objective and key results) creation and grading
Consult Revenue Research leads on project prioritization and resource allocation
Partner with Business Operations team to manage research vendors specializing in business-to-business (B2B) spaces
Knowledge management for ongoing research reports that are published across the team
Responsible for managing end-to-end knowledge management and archive for research reports
Generate and manage standardized materials including templates for research roadmaps, project briefs, research reports, and distribution of materials internally
Partner with Business Operations on tools and vendor management
Qualifications
Requirements:
Strong business acumen; an understanding of business goals, strategies and constraints
Strong project management skills and experience guiding multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to manage through ambiguity
Experience working with Design and Research teams
Operating knowledge of Google Suite
Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA, Asana, Confluence
Knowledge of best practices for database management, data protection
