What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the Revenue Experience Research teams to drive operational effectiveness within our research practices

  • Work with Research leadership to support and foster healthy, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners in Revenue

  • Coordinate socialization efforts across matrixed and cross-functional stakeholders 

  • Gather requirements and understand team member needs to identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement

  • Advise on research process and program improvements 

  • Create a system for project management, budget forecasting and management, and OKR (objective and key results) creation and grading

  • Consult Revenue Research leads on project prioritization and resource allocation

  • Partner with Business Operations team to manage research vendors specializing in business-to-business (B2B) spaces

  • Knowledge management for ongoing research reports that are published across the team 

  • Responsible for managing end-to-end knowledge management and archive for research reports

  • Generate and manage standardized materials including templates for research roadmaps, project briefs, research reports, and distribution of materials internally

  • Partner with Business Operations on tools and vendor management 

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • Strong business acumen; an understanding of business goals, strategies and constraints

  • Strong project management skills and experience guiding multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to manage through ambiguity

  • Experience working with Design and Research teams

  • Operating knowledge of Google Suite

  • Familiarity with project management software such as JIRA, Asana, Confluence 

  • Knowledge of best practices for database management, data protection
