Job Description

This role will be responsible for all benefit programs, contracting, vendor relationships, annual renewals, onboarding and implementation for EMEA and LATAM regions.  Additionally, this role will support all Wellness activities in the EMEA and LATAM regions.

  • Work with our insurance brokers, consultants, vendors and internal regarding strategic planning and benefit changes.
  • Proactively review best practices in our international markets with consultants and networking groups.
  • Plan and support wellness initiatives in your respective region.
  • Partner closely with the global benefits team, HRBPs, BRGs to share benefit updates and understand Twitter’s internal benefit needs.
  • Be the POC for Tweep/business questions/feedback for EMEA and LATAM
  • Support benefit program design and implementation.
  • Manage the design and delivery of new market set up as required.
  • Partner closely with global Benefits and Wellness team members to design international programs/projects and support international implementations. 
  • Review and streamline administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Benefits and Wellness with specific knowledge of EMEA and LATAM markets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively across different functions and effectively influencing business partners at all levels.
  • Built external relationships with brokers, vendors etc.
  • Organized and can constantly prioritize your work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and time to respond.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and intermediate skills with Google sheets, Excel, Google Docs, Word and Google Slides/Powerpoint.
  • Prior experience with Workday preferred.
