Job Description
- Design learning experiences - classroom, virtual, e-learning and on-the-job - to support our Tweeps in having an impact in their careers.
Lead the intake of projects - assessing how learning can meet the business needs and recommending solutions that will support performance and behavior change.
Manage stakeholders and subject matter experts in the content development process, ensuring alignment, engagement and expectation management.
Develop learning and performance solutions by facilitating subject matter expert input, researching external sources of knowledge or a combination of both.
Drive unknowns into clear outcomes through ideation, thought partnership and putting options on the table for iteration.
Design and develop live virtual learning and classroom materials including slide decks, activity sheets, facilitator guides.
Design and develop online learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia.
Manage vendors in the external development of learning materials, video or media.
Support the full range of L&D programs including new hire onboarding, career development, talent programs, management and leadership development.
Qualifications
- 6+ years learning design experience.
Proven skills in instructional design for classroom and online delivery.
Experience in engaging stakeholders in learning projects.
Collaborative, team player with a strong focus on delivering to have an impact.
Proactive individual with strong execution and service orientation.
Effective partner for stakeholders and sponsors across the company and at all levels.
Strong project management discipline for setting expectations, execution and resolving issues.
Ability to solve problems and manage input from multiple stakeholders; providing potential solutions when there is uncertainty and facilitating decision-making.
Innovative design approach that is not constrained by what is today or tools available.
