The Performance Ads team drives measurable outcomes that businesses care about by introducing people to products and services they’ll love through personalized and engaging ad experiences.

Job Description

This role will lead the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for shopping ads that improve ad performance, reduce effort for advertisers, and grow revenue for Twitter. It will require cross-functional leadership, with success dependent on collaboration between engineering, data science, design, research, and sales partners, and will be responsible and accountable for both business growth and delivery of product principles.

As the Product Leader, you will:

  • Work closely with partners across engineering, design, research, product marketing and more to deliver personalized shopping ads that help advertisers acquire customers across their apps and websites
  • Own and deliver success on revenue growth for Performance Ads by developing a compelling product vision and strategy, and completing it
  • Synthesize insights from user research, customer meetings, usage data, sales feedback, and competitive analysis to prioritize improvements and new product ideas that will deliver business goals and customer benefits
  • Develop methods for assessing product and project success, and processes to increase the likelihood of it
  • Serve as people manager for a team and drive future team growth

Qualifications

  • 6+ years product management or related industry experience
  • Passionate about fostering an impactful PM team and creating an inclusive, supportive, and team-oriented environment
  • Experience taking one or more impactful products through the full product cycle, from proposal to launch
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Experience working on e-commerce and/or ad products and/or ML driven products is a plus
  • Computer science or engineering background preferred
