Twitter’s Partners Team is looking for an ambitious, creative, passionate & resourceful individual to join us in working with top-tier entertainment talent and related partners in the US. This person will help partners drive creative Twitter content that serves their promotional goals while also delighting users and driving conversation on the platform. This person must have their finger on the pulse of entertainment and the conversation they drive on Twitter. You will be proactively helping them use Twitter to best connect with their audience and will be an internal advocate if/when they’re having any issues with our service. You will help drive culture through some of the biggest and most important voices on our platform.
Job Description
We are currently looking to hire an HRBP that will provide dedicated support to the Quality Engineering team within our Platform org.
As an HRBP, you will execute on people strategies within your client group, working closely with your HRBP colleagues and COE partners to identify needs and use existing resources in creative ways. You will be perceptive and responsive enough to jump on critical business issues when you see them, scrappy enough to get operational items resolved, and savvy enough to work with all levels of stakeholders in a matrixed environment. You will build strong relationships with the broader HR team in order to act as a trusted, strategic partner. You will use data to influence the right outcomes for the business, helping to elevate Twitter’s employment brand and distinct culture.
What You’ll Do
You will play a key part in helping to maintain and support business goals, as well as the first line of support for the People Team roadmap initiatives. Specifically, you will work closely with managers, teams, and global HR colleagues to:
Partner with COE partners (People Services, TA, Compensation, L&D, etc) to ensure operational discipline within your assigned client group
Develop a deep understanding of your assigned client group’s business operations and key goals
Triage and escalate where necessary - hande HR questions regarding performance, employee relations guidance or compensation independently
Prioritize ruthlessly and pivot quickly when needed
Analyze people data and trends to provide relevant insight and proactive recommendations to business leaders
Coach and advise leaders on a variety of components impacting employee experience - employee relations concerns, performance management, leaves of absence, local labor laws, global mobility and total rewards
Partner with I&D to build inclusive practices into every aspect of the business
Drive strong working relationships with regional HRBPs to ensure compliance and global & cultural awareness
Qualifications
Who You Are

You understand HR fundamentals and can triage independently (as relates to benefits, LOAs, etc.)
You thrive in a fast paced environment and are motivated by the complexity and challenge of a growing, global organization
You are results-oriented and enjoy working with smart, creative people that challenge you to perform at a higher level
You are comfortable with ambiguity and can make sound decisions in complex situations with limited data, but know when to ask for help and escalate
You are an agile problem solver, able to liaise between COE teams and the business to achieve the best outcomes for the Company and our Tweeps
You are excited to work with a globally distributed team

Experience working in a faced paced, high growth, dynamic business environment; tech industry experience desired but not required
A solid track record of influencing management while demonstrating excellent decision quality
A firm grasp of descriptive and prescriptive HR analytics
Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills - demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Requirements
5+ years as an HRBP or similar experience
