Twitter is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our Product & Engineering - FP&A team. This role will support one of our Product functions, partnering closely with key stakeholders and functional leads. As a manager on the FP&A team, you will have strong analytical rigor, the ability to consider the big picture, and excellent communication skills. You will build collaborative relationships with people across a wide spectrum of functions.

  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast paced and, at times, ambiguous environment

  • Intellectually curious with a drive towards continuous improvement through process enhancement and change

What You'll Do: 

  • Build strong partnerships with strategic business leaders

  • Gain strong understanding of the Product specific portfolio

  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and monthly close activities for one of our Product orgs

  • Own analysis and reporting of underlying financial drivers of monthly business performance

  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews and deep dives

  • Manage and mentor a growing team

  • Support improvements to processes and systems to streamline efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with strong academic record

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Finance with exposure to forecasting, budgeting and monthly close activities

  • Superior financial modeling skills (excel/google sheets)

  • System savvy - Experience with Oracle and Hyperion (preferred)

  • Experience in driving automation in key finance-related tasks 

  • Experience managing a junior team
