Job Description
Help us create amazing workspaces that serve thousands of internal customers. In this role you will be responsible for the design and construction of office projects globally. You will work with partner functions across the company and external partners to deliver on all aspects of office projects - defining scope, financial management, setting schedules and ensuring we always create unique and innovative spaces. You will be the expert who is staying ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices. You should be comfortable working in a very fast moving environment where attention to detail and a commitment to excellence are critical for success. Our project managers are known for their ability to think critically, innovatively and dedicated to collaborating seamlessly as a team.
Here are some other things you will do:
- Manage multiple projects at once, including small (few thousand square feet) to large (50,000+ square feet) tenant improvement projects as well as refresh projects in some of our existing offices.
- Working closely with Head of GDC/Workplace Strategy/AV, our planning/leasing team, regional and local REW operations teams, internal events team, food and beverage team and other key stakeholders to define the scope of work, budget, set expectations and deliver projects to the highest standards
- You will manage and maintain budgets from creation to close out and will work closely with business partners on the reporting cash flows and actuals.
- You are responsible managing and maintaining design and construction schedules so that our projects complete in a timely manner and correspond with timelines set with our Leasing and Planning partners
- You will be the primary point of contact between our external partners (external project manager, architect, GC) and our internal business partners (IT, Security, etc), ensuring the scopes for each business partner team are incorporated into the project and they are funded.
- You will not only work with other project managers on the GDC team but other REW global team members including people that work on the workplace strategy, AV, planning and leasing team, operations teams, events team and the food service team to help continue to raise the profile of the REW team within Twitter.
- Though your primary responsibility will be to our Design and Construction function and the projects they manage, you will also work on strategic initiatives and deliverables for the REW team and provide partnership on cross functional projects.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years project management experience at a fast moving and growing company.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the full process required for a design & construction project.
- Knowledge of technical aspects (ie architectural, mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems) of a design & construction project.
- Ability to use AutoCAD
- LEED Certified or equivalent certification
- Ability to use REVIT is a plus
- Ability to travel (25% of the time)
