We’re currently looking for a Sr. Program Manager to be part of the expanding Talent Mobility team. This role will be key in supporting the company’s decentralization efforts and providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership in global immigration policies and compliance.

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will work side by side the Sr. Manager, Talent Mobility to help drive program design and create innovative solutions for the future of work at Twitter. You will enable alignment, collaboration, and measurable improvements in the effectiveness and impact of distributed working and mobility through building sustainable foundations, driving transparency/accessibility, and differentiating the employee experience at Twitter.

 In this role, you’ll be: 

  • Working along side and coach a team of Talent Mobility associates and case managers 

  • Provide thought leadership in the area of Talent Mobility and cross-border immigration

  • Thinking outside of the box and partner cross-functionally to drive mobility problems to resolution

  • Providing inputs on the future of Twitter’s flexible and remote working programs, processes, and systems 

  • Providing high-touch support to employees, managers, and stakeholders through various channels, including Slack, Salesforce tickets, email, and meetings

  • Educating employees, managers, and key stakeholders of program requirements and flexible working options through continuously updated resources, trainings, and campaigns

  • Ensuring Flexible Work Program participants have a smooth transition into their new locations and/or working arrangements 

  • Collaborating across partners in Location Strategy, Talent Mobility, HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Security, Information Security, IT, Strategy & Operations, and the business to evolve program guidelines and policies, as well as craft tailored recommendations for employees and teams

  • Listening to and assessing employee and workforce needs, while also ensuring global consistency and brand integrity as we deliver world-class programs

  • Partnering with People Systems and IT to build tools and systems to enable the Flexible Work Program in an integrated and streamlined way

  • Developing and evaluating program metrics for the Talent Mobility program to measure efficiency and cost effectiveness of the program 

  • Supporting and leading ad hoc programs and projects as needed

  • You’re comfortable presenting to groups at all levels and the ability to answer questions with poise and confidence, while relating in an approachable manner

  • You like to partner with systems and business teams to gather technical and functional requirements with the ability to help others quickly adapt to new tools and processes

  • You have the ability to approach mobility with an innovative lens that strategically supports business development, growth and change in various emerging and developed markets

  • You bring a global mindset, positive attitude, and passion for Twitter

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in related area of study
  • Minimum 7+ years related work experience, preferably in Workforce Planning, Location Strategy or Global Talent Mobility 

  • Experience with Talent/HR Program design and internal communications preferred

  • Experience with Workday or other 3rd party HRIS preferred

  • Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Apps preferred
