The Core Ads Engineering team has an incredibly large part to play in the company's ambitious goal to hit $10b in total revenue and we’re looking to grow our Engineering teams across the internal pillars to help drive our internal execution, vision, culture and fun. We are looking for partners to help scale the org; to be principled, engaging, and up-level teams.

Job Description

Come help us scale our Core Ads Engineering Business and you’ll have autonomy, ownership and impact. The overall team is growing at a rapid rate, and we expect significant growth as we continue to grow our revenue impact and product execution.

Current openings:

Performance Ads: The team is responsible for building products which meet the needs of advertisers aiming to grow their businesses through direct-response advertising. Today, we achieve results for advertisers across multiple channels via our Website Traffic & Conversions and App Install products. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of engineering management 
  • Experience leading successful innovation projects within the consumer product facing space.  
  • Strong leadership skills, managing a large, diverse, fun and inclusive engineering team
  • Track record of cross-functional partnership with Product, Research, Sales, Design
  • Track record of balancing execution, vision and team health
