Job Description

As the product lead for Twitter’s notification platform, you’ll be responsible for the services, APIs, and infrastructure powering one of the largest consumer notification systems in the world. You'll help make sure customers never miss what they care about most by managing reliable, at-scale delivery services across push, email, and SMS. You'll work with an awesome team of data scientists, researchers, designers, and engineers to help define a development platform that makes it easy for any product team at Twitter to build great out-of-the-box notifications for our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build a deep understanding of different Notifications customers and the specific needs our team can help serve. As our platform PM, you’ll get to work with both internal teams and Twitter’s end customers.

  • Develop a product roadmap focused on delivering high-quality infrastructure and platform capabilities that support billions of notifications each day.

  • Work with our research, design, data science, and engineering partners to build, test, and deliver a new development platform that lets any team at Twitter ship great notifications out-of-the-box.

  • Assess and drive opportunities to modernize our infrastructure, surveying open source projects and third-party vendors.

  • Help foster a phenomenal product culture within our growing, distributed technical team.

Qualifications

  • Experience defining, building, and managing critical, at-scale infrastructure

  • Experience building products at scale for internal developers

  • 5+ years experience in product management

  • B.S in Computer Science (or equivalent applied experience)
