Twitter’s Partners Team is looking for an ambitious, creative, passionate & resourceful individual to join us in working with top-tier entertainment talent and related partners in the US. This person will help partners drive creative Twitter content that serves their promotional goals while also delighting users and driving conversation on the platform. This person must have their finger on the pulse of entertainment and the conversation they drive on Twitter. You will be proactively helping them use Twitter to best connect with their audience and will be an internal advocate if/when they’re having any issues with our service. You will help drive culture through some of the biggest and most important voices on our platform.

Our business is growing and our People team is growing too! We are currently opening two new roles within our HRBP organization. In these roles, you will support the people strategy across a variety of business groups. This will require you to think strategically about complex people topics and roll up your sleeves to get the work done well and fast! 

As an Associate HRBP, you will execute on people strategies within your client group, working closely with your HRBP teammates and COE partners to identify needs and use existing resources in creative ways. You will be perceptive and responsive enough to jump on critical business issues when you see them, scrappy enough to get operational items resolved, and savvy enough to work with all levels of stakeholders in a matrixed environment. You will build strong relationships with client leaders and the broader HR team in order to act as a trusted, strategic partner. You will use data to influence the right outcomes for the business, helping to elevate Twitter’s employment brand and distinct culture.

 

What You’ll Do

Overall, you will play a key role in driving the People Team’s roadmap, supporting business goals.  Specifically, you will work closely with managers, teams, and global HR colleagues to:

  • Partner with People Services, Total Rewards, and other COE partners to ensure operational discipline with respect to compensation, titling, and other business processes;

  • Project manage initiatives to drive extraordinary individual and team performance;

  • Analyze people data and trends to provide relevant insight to business leaders, in partnership with HR colleagues from Inclusion and Diversity, Talent Acquisition, People Systems and Analytics, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, Legal, Learning and Development and our global HR teams;

  • Coach and advise on a variety of components impacting employee experience: employee relations concerns, performance management, rewards and recognition, leaves of absence, local labor laws, global mobility, compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

If this sounds like it might be you, you probably have:

  • Experience working in a faced paced, high growth, dynamic business environment; tech industry experience desired but not required

  • A solid track record of influencing management while demonstrating excellent decision quality

  • A firm grasp of descriptive and prescriptive HR analytics; 

  • Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills 

Requirements

  • 2-4 years as part of an HR organization inclusive of recruiting, HRBP, compensation, COEs, etc (or other relevant client facing or data analyst experience)

  • BA/BS in business administration, psychology or other related discipline preferred but not required
