Job Description

Who you are:

You will work closely with cross-functional leaders to lead seamless execution, analysis, and improvement of our global programs. Through analyzing large volumes of data both from marketing campaigns and Developer Relations systems, you’ll help the Twitter Developer Platform grow globally and in scale. You will partner extensively with cross-functional teams across Marketing and Developer Relations.

  • Build, monitor, and present on analytics across Developer Platform usage, signups, churn, and email activity

  • Perform as the go-to resource for all operational questions pertaining to the collection of analytics

  • Maintain and build marketing and DevRel dashboards

  • Own the bi-annual Developer satisfaction and trust Pulse survey data analysis

  • Present on key analytical findings that can improve Twitter developers’ retention, engagement, and acquisition

  • Pull data and analyze/visualize the insights and present recommendations across multiple teams

  • Drive important projects with other team members within DevPlatform from end-to-end

  • Execute as the expert in Eloqua and Tableau reporting and willing to learn the in’s and out’s of the Developer Platform software system

  • Identify growth opportunities within the Twitter Developer Platform and communicate ideas cross-functionally that will improve developers’ experience

  • Help build a metrics program around other developer resources, such as our sample code, Postman, Glitch apps, etc.

  • Build Google Analytics goals and dashboards to help track the performance of specific web-based projects

  • Train the team how to use different data analysis tools

  • Review and build out a dashboard that includes Developer Relation’s docs index metrics, and journey-based metrics

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with a quantitative focus (computer science, mathematics, statistics, etc.), advanced degrees highly preferred.

  • 1+ years of work experience in data-driven analytics/predictive analytics/statistical modeling/machine learning/data mining.

  • Experience working with data from multiple sources, such as Salesforce data, data from production databases, clickstream data, etc 

  • Experience interacting with #BigData data sources, using a combination of SQL/NoSQL technologies: Pig/Hive/Map-Reduce/Scalding/Spark/Vertica

  • Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Scala, C++.

  • Comfortable and confident presenting quantitative findings

  • Bonus: experience with data modeling
