We are looking for an experienced coach that combines consumer product and growth expertise with the ability to enable teams to improve their productivity, throughput and predictability using agile principles and improving team health.
Who We Are
We are the Coaching team at Twitter, which reports into the Engineering Team Development org. We focus on the fundamentals: building an agile/lean foundation that enables teams to adopt best practices for organizing themselves, facilitating systemic change, equipping teams and individuals with tools and practices to continuously grow and enabling the conditions for high performing teams and leaders to emerge. We partner with Experience leadership to understand their org’s health and provide them the insights needed to enact lasting change.
What You’ll Do
You will:
Build a successful engagement strategy for some part of the Experience organization. Partner with senior leadership to coach and assess product development teams
Provide 1:1 coaching to help level up individuals at Twitter
Contribute to Coaching org Agile strategy development and roadmap
Evaluate team health metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements.
Identify ways to continuously optimize and improve performance of teams and groups within your remit

Qualifications
Requirements
If this sounds like it might be you, you probably have:
Experience shipping product, in a variety of roles from developer to leader, manager or coach
5 years of hands-on experience with scrum, kanban and other agile practices
Strong presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
Capable of multitasking and transforming multiple teams at once
Experience coaching individuals and teams across all levels within the company
Able to influence peers / managers and build consensus while dealing with ambiguity
Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-have Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Coach or Kanban Coaching Professional
Have had exposure to highly-available, scalable software and services
You have done experimentation and data driven decisions in an agile environment
Strong background of shipping projects with broad customer impact
Tried ability to identify and resolve systemic issues
