What You’ll Do

As a Sr Measurement Specialist, you will be a part of a global, cross-functional team working closely with Product, Marketing/Comms, Sales, BD, Policy Operations, Public Policy, and Trust and Safety to improve Twitter’s Measurement Solutions and help showcase that Twitter Works to our Customers (Advertisers and Agencies) 

In this role, you will operate as a subject matter expert on ads and content measurement solutions in the digital and social eco-system, and on Twitter’s current and future measurement efforts. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers and internal sales teams understand Twitter's measurement solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping Twitter’s measurement strategy overall. The role is focused on driving product awareness, strategically championing advertiser adoption, and overall usage growth across our suite of measurement solutions. You will partner with key stakeholders, primarily our Marketing Insights & Analytics, Product, and Business Development teams to drive initiatives, escalate advertiser feedback, and help to lead new GA product launches in the market. The role will focus both on internal and external efforts inclusive of strategic internal or external sales meetings, an SME for internal and external training sessions, and educate the sales team on positioning and objection handling in your market.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently present measurement solutions to large groups, as well as senior leaders, internally and externally.

  • Deliver value to Twitter Sales teams via strong analytical abilities, communication skills and subject matter expertise of brand and performance measurement 

  • Develop and retain a strong working knowledge and perspective on the latest measurement and industry trends and proactively share competitive knowledge with XFN partners. Be able to act as an advisor with clients to address pain points, challenges and opportunities around the product.

  • Understand and evolve how to position Twitter's approach to measurement in unique and powerful ways in narratives and sales pitches given marketplace shifts and nuances

  • Partner closely with XFN teams to drive successful GTM strategies through consistent loop of client feedback, product positioning, and sales education. 

    • ​​Serve as a liaison between BD and Revenue org on measurement related opportunities and issues 

    • Provide data backed perspectives on the need and value of supporting new and incremental measurement services with the Product organization

  • Collaborate with MI+A and Product to architect and drive a 3+ year measurement strategy anchored around “Proving Twitter Works” 

  • Act as SME on third party measurement partners like Nielsen, comScore, etc.

Qualifications

 

  • 6+ years of related experience in the digital or media industry, ideally with at least 2+ years dedicated to measurement (in particular measurement products)

  • Experienced problem solver adept at crisis management

  • Motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and expectations with a relentlessly positive attitude and incredible work ethic

  • Ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment

  • Excellent communication and listening skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues

  • BA/BSc degree preferred
