What You’ll Do

A Program Coordinator works cross-functionally. You’ll be both supporting your immediate team of Program Managers on large, high-complexity projects as well as directly collaborating with and servicing Brand Strategists and Creatives on projects that are more straightforward in scope and scale. You’ll partner closely with internal Technologists and external vendors to aid in the development of solutions and workflows for the projects you work on, acting as the internal hub of documentation, milestones, and finances for the projects you work on. You’ll also support the Program Managers and the Creative Production lead in legal and contractual work, vendor onboarding processes, and documentation hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitating communication between teams/internal stakeholders during pitch and production work

  • Supporting Program Managers with planning, organizing, and directing the activities required for the successful development, implementation, and execution of multiple concurrent projects of medium to high complexity

  • Supporting Program Managers in identifying and managing outsourced vendors

  • Facilitating contractual and legal conversations and documentation; working with Legal and Procurement teams to vet productions, maintain and optimize process and tracking, and onboard vendors

  • Managing your own projects and pitches under the supervision of a Brand Program Manager

  • Creating and maintaining schedules, meeting notes, and other project related documentation 

  • Managing day-to-day tasks and learning to recognize potential challenges and risk factors early in the game

  • Staying up-to-speed on relevant industry and Twitter platform/tooling trends and keeping key stakeholders informed, including monitoring competitive executions of note

  • Manage the expectations of fellow Program Managers and Creative Production Lead, as well as cross-functional partners, through transparent and proactive reporting and communication

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant interactive/integrated (software, digital, social) production or project management experience
  • Foundational understanding of project management best practices
  • Experience working cross-functionally on a deadline and delivering high-profile projects for clients
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with ease, clearly communicating program goals and milestones
  • A track record of successful collaboration across technical, creative, client, and agency teams
  • Experience in digital advertising, media, or marketing at an ad agency, client-side, or at a media company
  • Passion for Twitter, and the evolving digital advertising landscape
  • Helpful application experience: Google Docs, Keynote, JIRA, project management software, project scheduling software
  • Experience keeping production or PM team leads consistently informed on progress of project initiatives
