The Talent Mobility team at Twitter is growing! We’re looking for an experienced Talent Mobility expert to help scale Twitter’s Mobility program in the Americas. This role can be remote in the U.S.. Job Description

What You’ll Do?

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Americas Mobility cases and will support the Sr. Manager, Talent Mobility in all areas of talent mobility, taxation, relocation and immigration. You will work cross functionally and be a trusted internal partner with HR business partners, recruiters, candidates and current employees to deliver a best in class Mobility experience. In addition, you will: 

  • Help new hires and existing employees navigate all parts of the mobility lifecycle within the Americas

  • Advise recruiters and managers on Twitter’s internal policies and practices 

  • Manage immigration and relocation caseload which will include providing immigration assessments, initiating and tracking cases, ensuring application timelines and compliance 

  • Work closely with our outside vendors to ensure a great candidate experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required

  • 3+ years of relevant experience (at least 1 year in-house immigration experience preferred) 

  • Strong knowledge of US and Canadian immigration policies, laws and regulations 

  • Experience with supporting both relocation and Mobility tax
