Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Strategic Initiatives and Programs team is a critical function within the Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations team. The team drives the delivery and management of strategic programs for Talent Acquisition to improve the experience of recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers and candidates. 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Use Talent Acquisition and TA Operations knowledge to make recommendations on process and system improvements; tailor recommendations based on user research, current state process assessment, feedback from global teams and external trends
  • Facilitate design and delivery of programs focused on seamless operations
  • Leverage functional Talent Acquisition expertise to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Lead implementation of projects across TA through agile and iterative project management methodologies to deliver solutions to global teams
  • Communicate with stakeholders on key decisions, milestones and risks; ensure partnership and collaboration across multiple organizations
  • Create and maintain process documentation and partner with the TA Learning team to provide training to your colleagues where required 
  • Partner with People Systems, People Analytics, Learning & Development, Finance, Career Experience, HR Business Partners and People Services on large scale projects and day-to-day operations
  • Provide real-time support to key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project, including design and implementation
  • Use data to make data driven decisions
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of operational requests; prioritize work across multiple requests and projects
     

Qualifications

  • 6-9 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition operations and program management
  • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition 
  • Proven experience developing innovative projects, programs & strategies within Talent Acquisition
  • Experience with Workday or SmartRecruiters is strongly preferred
  • Process-driven program manager with a strong analytical background
  • Excited by change and driving innovation in the areas of recruiting, operations, technology, and analytics
