What you'll do

• Support GCP Partner Managers.
• Help simplify Twitter as a platform for content partners and advertisers.
• Be rigorous to become a true Twitter product platform policies specialist.
• Become the local expert of GCP analytical and strategic initiatives.
• Understand and explain how we package and price content in LATAM.
• Work with our partners and sales teams to ensure campaigns are set up & delivered.
• Understand the operation tools to be able to read report results.
• Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, identify and implement process improvements.
• Build outstanding relationships with internal stakeholders across support, sales and content teams as well as external content partners.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to build, develop and improve customer relationships.
• Communication and presentation skills, attention to detail, and a bias for proactively resolving issues.
• Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small and collaborative teams.
