Job Description

The onboarding team at Twitter welcomes every new hire, connecting them to our purpose, empowering them to show up as their authentic self and getting them ready to do their best work.  As part of our overall Onboarding experience we are looking for a program manager to design and deliver a program focused on the needs and development of our Early Career Tweeps; helping them to learn and grow at this pivotal point in their career journey.

What You’ll Do:  

This role will evolve, design and deliver the onboarding program for our early career Tweeps.

  • Define the early career onboarding strategy ensuring alignment with the overall onboarding experience and transformation roadmap.

  • Utilize new Tweep insights and business priorities to design and deliver offerings that develop our early career talent.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and other program owners to create a program and deliver learnings that are aligned with our purpose and principles. 

  • Oversee the evolution and execution of the program; manage project inputs and interdependencies.

  • Lead the day-to-day operations, coordination and delivery of the #NestGen program and its seamless integration with #FlightSchool. 

  • Participate in the Global Onboarding experience transformation project; bring a unique design point of view and perspective for the early career tweep persona.

  • Facilitation of the #FlightSchool and #NextGen programming as appropriate.

Qualifications

The person: 

  • Has a strong track record of program and project management that delivers results.

  • Has a passion for helping others learn and grow with a focus on current learning delivery methods and strategies.

  • Creates strong cross functional partnerships, credibility and influence with leaders at all levels of the organization.

  • Works well under pressure, delivers to deadlines, adapts to change and operates with a high tolerance for ambiguity. 

  • 5+ years of program management and training experience within a L+D, or partner organization.
