The Project Manager will serve as a driving force for wellbeing for our employees working with sensitive content. 

The Global Wellness Team is seeking a project manager who will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional programs with our stakeholder teams who may be exposed to sensitive content, and with our Vendor Partners around the world. This role involves a strong focus on executing best-in-class wellness programs, a deep understanding of stakeholder management and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The Project Manager will serve as a driving force for wellbeing for our employees working with sensitive content.

What You’ll Do:

In close collaboration with our key stakeholder teams and our vendor partners:

  • Serve as a trusted operational business partner by  building an in-depth knowledge of the businesses we serve and the processes by which they operate, serving as a close and trusted advisor to help inform and facilitate decision-making related to wellness activities.

  • Assist with the design, coordination, and implementation of internally driven employee resiliency training programs

  • Execute the wellness communication strategy for internal and external partners

  • Collect and analyze the data from internal and external wellness programs to help inform our global wellness strategy and design wellness programs 

  • Maintain working relationships with all wellness vendor partners and routinely collaborate on wellness programming 

  • Assess the current field on new wellness vendors and scientific research on an ongoing basis to keep our strategy relevant

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Licensed clinical social worker or licensed professional counselor

  • 5+ years of experience in counselling and behavioral health with an emphasis on treating anxiety and trauma 

  • A strong passion for employee wellness and health

  • Creative problem solving ability and desire to be innovative

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to drive projects autonomously

  • Excellent communication and demonstrable ability to build and maintain business relationships

  • Strong inclusive team approach to projects and daily activities

  • Highly effective working across multiple, cross-functional teams, and able to get things done quickly
