Job Description

Twitter is looking for a contract-term Product Marketing Manager to support the Consumer Product Marketing Team and help grow adoption of Twitter’s consumer products. Key focus on consumer/creator products and establishing go-to-market strategies.  Works closely with Product and cross-functional teams in driving the full marketing process from gathering insights, to developing strategies, executing campaigns, and measuring and optimizing results. 

  • Lead the go-to-market plans and activities for Twitter’s consumer products

  • Develop messaging frameworks, product positioning, value propositions, and important messaging to be used in product development and marketing campaigns that drive measurable results

  • Leverage research to influence product development, evangelize on behalf of consumers and creators

  • Partner with Twitter’s in-house Studio team to develop high-impact creative that drives awareness and demonstrates excitement around our products

  • Work cross-functionally across the company, including with Product, Partnerships, Comms, Social, Legal, Creative, Research, and more to shape the go-to-market strategy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, integrated or brand marketing

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment, at ease and calm with frequent pivots in priorities

  • An understanding of all aspects of go-to-market (inbound and outbound).

  • Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making

  • Understanding of good creative and marketing communications with an eye for detail, and a passion for being on-brand

  • Track record of developing strong relationships with XFNs, including product managers, comms, social, legal, etc

  • Understand and have a passion for recognizing emerging trends in the social media and creator landscape.

  • Comfort collaborating with both creative and technical teams, flexing between product details and storytelling

  • Passion for Twitter.  Bonus if you are an avid Twitter customer.
