What You’ll Do:


The Technical Project Manager II will report to the Head of Global Technology, Corporate Security. This position will lead various global projects for the CorpSec Global Technology team. This person will work closely with the entire Corporate Security team, IT, InfoSec, REW and many other business partners.

 

  • Lead CorpSec Technology projects like plan/deploy new security technology/software, managing security projects in our global offices and managing audits for our technology stack 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in physical security and technology, providing consultation to management staff, business partners and other key stakeholders.

  • Partner with various business partners and vendors to ensure project schedule targets are met by implementing industry best practices in program and project management and roadmap delivery, creating novel solutions where appropriate.

  • Understand and document system solution designs and other relevant technical documentation such as project playbooks or execution manuals.

  • Build and manage global business partner or vendor relationships by demonstrating a desire to deeply understand their business processes and challenges.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in leading Security, IT or other technical software projects that involve a large scope and many critical dependencies

  • Experienced project management skills and strong communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly to a variety of audiences 

  • Passionate about crafting process improvements strategies and executing initiatives

  • Consistently trusted leader, able to drive large teams and executives through complex, multi-faceted data-driven decisions

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and building relationships across multiple teams on a global scale

  • Thrive amid ambiguity, able to influence peers / managers toward shared vision and forward progress

  • Organized, tireless multitasker, fast learner and self-motivated requiring little supervision

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in technical project management roles and working within an Agile environment

  • Knowledgeable with Corporate Security Systems (Access Control, Video Security), Visitor Management, various IT software and/or Physical Security Operations

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
