Twitter has changed the way people communicate. Now we have a substantial opportunity to change how marketers interact with our rapidly growing user base. We are creating a world-class team of media professionals, and seeking an experienced Account Manager to develop our business with large advertisers and their agencies in the MENA region.

As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for increasing Twitter product adoption, revenue growth and best practice across your clients. Further to this, you will be expected to showcase innovation through your work solving deep rooted problems across your clients through research and audience backed insights.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and build partnerships with advertisers from several industries in the MENA region to deliver large revenue targets
  • Build and manage relevant stakeholder relationships with your clients and their agencies to maximize revenue opportunities
  • Understand, educate and consult advertisers to demonstrate how to use Twitter’s advertising products, best practices, how to develop effective campaigns
  • Execute, optimize, and analyze advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards to deliver campaign objectives and unlock upsell opportunities
  • Resolve campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Provide feedback to our product and tools teams to help us scale our advertising platform

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • At least 8+ years of experience in business development related to digital
  • Excellent selling, communication, and presentation skill
  • Telcos, Finance, Travel industries knowledge is a plus; ability to quickly develop industry knowledge is a must-have
  • Fine understanding of the dynamics of the Saudi market is a real plus.
  • Ability to manage large customer relationships and manage through conflict, driving groups to collective business decision
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record translating marketing objectives into results for advertiser
  • Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns
  • Arabic speaking capabilities are a plus
