MoPub is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to work with a talented cross-functional team that is growing awareness and adoption of MoPub’s products across the world. The ideal candidate for this role is a creative and thoughtful self-starter with a deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape.

Who You Are

As a Product Marketing Manager for MoPub’s product suite, you will own positioning, marketing communications and launch strategy to drive understanding and awareness of our solutions for publishers and demand partners. In this highly visible, cross-functional role you will partner closely with product management, business marketing, client services and MoPub leadership to bring MoPub products to market. You are a collaborative product marketer with a passion to help define how MoPub stands out in an increasingly crowded marketplace. You are ready to roll up your sleeves in a role that demands both creativity and executional excellence.

Job Description

 What You’ll Do

  • Understand and consider competitive landscape and target markets in marketing strategies and messaging

  • Lead go-to-market efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams like product management, product growth management, client services, business marketing, and partnerships. 

  • Partner closely with research and analytics to develop a deeper understanding of the audience and surface opportunities to senior product leadership to inform the roadmap

  • Translate highly technical products into client-facing narratives with a focus on positioning, benefits, differentiation, and use cases.  

  • Define positioning and messaging for new products and translate features and functionality into differentiated customer benefits

  • Work closely with business marketing and product management to define and create compelling product marketing materials and messages that span landing pages, whitepapers, video activations, blog posts, one-pagers, and anything else needed to creatively communicate  in-market. 

  • Drive internal product education and ensure that those who need to know and understand our products have the tools they need.

  • Produce impactful enablement materials including: customer messaging, sales pitch decks, solutions-focused communications, and any communications that support product strategy.


What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of demonstrated career progression and strong performance as a leader in a product marketing organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field

  • Ability to comprehend and learn technical products and complex topics 

  • Experience working with internal teams as well as clients and partners to produce regular case studies and other supporting proof point marketing materials. 

  • Proven success working in a fast-paced, heavily cross functional environment.

  • Experience developing and executing B2B marketing initiatives with measurable results

  • Experience telling complex product stories in a simple yet compelling way

  • Effective communicator across cultures, teams and levels.
