Who We Are:
This role is part of the Health User Experience team which is working to improve the user experience of Health product features across the entire platform through Twitter’s Content Visibility product suite which includes Blocking, Muting, Keyword Muting, Notification Filtering and Sensitive Content Filtering. This infrastructure powers some of the most compelling strategies for fighting misinformation, spam and toxicity to encourage a safer environment for hundreds of millions of users daily.
We emphasize collaboration and building consensus with our partner product teams. We are responsible for Content Visibility across the entire product. We are integrated with all Twitter Product surfaces including home timelines, search, and notifications tab.
What you’ll do:
This is a hands-on role that will focus on exploring customer needs in this space and building solutions quickly with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders.
This role specifically will (in no particular order)
Pursue deep customer understanding through quantitative & qualitative techniques
Work directly with peers in Engineering, Design, Research, Content Strategy and Data Science to deliver against the health roadmap
Build a cohesive, high-functioning team that thrives in a culture of trust, respect, empathy, and inclusion.
Maintain a high bar for transparent and fair user experiences
Communicate regularly with peers and leaders in Engineering, Product, Design, Research, User Services, Trust & Safety, Legal, and Comms to develop high quality end-to-end user experiences, and inspire your team to independently do the same
Drive decision making in ambiguous situations
Qualifications
Who You Are:
You are a customer-focused product thinker with a track record of making an impact in a consumer facing product. You bring strong consumer product intuition, an understanding of hypothesis-driven product development processes, and are effective at operating in fast paced environments. Clear and concise communication is essential.
Passion for improving online health & safety and understanding of this landscape is helpful, but direct experience with this is not required. We encourage new perspectives provided you have a strong interest in this space and capability to learn quickly.

Inclination towards data driven decision making without being paralysed by incomplete information
Structured approach to identifying, understanding, and solving customer problems
Ability to debate important decisions with cross functional partners (engineering, design, research etc)
Collaborative approach to aligning team members without defaulting to consensus driven decisions
A strong growth mindset and empathetic servant leadership approach to product management
Curiosity and creativity
Two plus years in Product Management type roles
Bonus points:
A working understanding of machine learning systems and capabilities
Experience with incentive systems, penalty systems, or a background in behavioral psychology
