Job Description

As an APAC Recruiter for the Corporate Functions team, you will redefine the way we recruit for talent as we move into the next evolution of Twitter. In partnership with our business teams, you will be responsible for defining and executing the talent acquisition strategy for a variety of prioritized roles. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will partner closely with Twitter’s leaders to identify and attract the best talent to the organization. As a key member of the team, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a unique approach to attracting Talent for Twitter! 

This is a 12 month contract position with potential to convert to FTE.

What you’ll do:

  • You will use a combination of recruiting techniques to build and engage networks, assess and hire diverse top-of-class talent.

  • Define, design, and implement recruiting programs and drive sourcing strategy recommendations for a variety of roles.

  • Be a thought partner with leaders to establish plans, define strategies, and deliver solutions that redefine the way we recruit for talent. 

  • Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best in class candidate and client experience.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, identification, assessment through offer.

  • You will you will demonstrate your ability to get creative and find extraordinary talent through unconventional means

  • You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient

  • You will evaluate skill level; manage the offer process, including salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines.

  • Collaborate with recruiting teams to share competitive intelligence, prospective candidate leads and placement of talent.

  • You have the ability to work collaboratively across all levels and exhibit strong leadership, communication and influencing skills.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of inhouse recruiting experience supporting corporate functions

  • A recent track record of hiring top-tier, hard to find, talented candidates

  • Knowledge of functional and regional recruiting nuances to ensure recruiting processes meet the needs of non-technical pillars of the organization

  • Knowledge of the recruiting and workforce environment in APAC

  • Comfortable identifying, engaging, and closing passive candidates

  • You thrive at building collaborative relationships across a dynamic organization

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels

  • Results oriented with superior research and sourcing skills

  • A passion for embracing diversity in your hiring process

  • You put candidate experience at the forefront of everything you do
