  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a framework and playbook for handling and coordination of all escalation types and severity.

  • Become an expert at managing crisis scenarios for Site Policy.

  • You build and cultivate healthy relationships with partners and keep teammates informed and engaged.

  • You have direct experience with content policy (including developing, implementing or briefing stakeholders on it).

  • You have direct experience managing crisis situations that have had real time impact, possibly both on and off-line. You keep your cool during these events and are able to maintain a solutions orientated mindset.

  • You ground your decisions in data and reasoning, and look to solve root causes of problems rather than surface issues.

  • You have an ability to build highly effective processes to aid in the resolution of complex situations.

  • You have geopolitical knowledge of APAC markets and have spent time thinking about the ways in which users in APAC interact online.

  • You are open to international travel and have an appreciation and respect for the norms of cultures other than your own.
