Global Agency Development, Account Lead

Job Description

  • Own financial development and growth of a list of key global Advertisers residing within 1-2 Holding Companies, including forecasting and development of global account plans.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.

  • Deepen existing and establish new collaborative global business relationships between key decision-makers across the Global Accounts’ agency roster.

  • Partner with local market client leads to scale and accelerate adoption and deployment of Twitter solutions in key markets.

  • Manage and Develop Twitter’s response to Advertiser’s multi-market request for proposals

  • Create & Drive innovative, solutions-based sales engagements to demonstrate how Twitter’s advertising products can be leveraged globally to connect with consumers and meet business objectives.

  • Coach and lead by working collaboratively with local market client leads and other key stakeholders across Twitter to drive revenue growth.

  • Travel to key markets and develop relationships with regional and local Agency accounts on behalf of Twitter. 

Qualifications

 

  • 6-8+ years relevant experience in digital advertising:  sales, agency (media) or client side.

  • BA / BS degree

  • Experience with media agency planning and buying process--global or multi-market preferred.

  • Experience with multi-national Advertisers.

  • Experience across multiple Advertiser verticals (CPG, Auto, Entertainment, Tech, etc)

  • Deep understanding of Twitter and the social media landscape, and opportunities for marketers.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and a bias for proactively resolving issues

  • Preference for working on a small, collaborative team with minimal supervision and are able to adapt to a wide range of tasks and asks

  • Experience in project management and owning a process from start to finish

  • Aptitude for creative development and design

  • Passionate about working across multiple regions and interested in understanding global markets

  • Can easily adapt to dynamic business environments, new tools and technologies

  • Able to build internal networks and collaborate across teams to accomplish goals
