Job Description

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated and is comfortable at working on the details as they are on the big picture. In this role you will provide research, thought leadership in the areas of executive compensation strategies and programs, participate in the design of our performance-based compensation programs, and can use data to drive meaningful results. The ideal person for this role must be flexible enough to provide the thought leadership and analytic skills to garner necessary support from stakeholders at all levels as well as across the organizations.

What you'll do:

  • Perform research and develop insights on executive compensation programs

  • Develop external relationships to build the muscle awareness of latest trends, best practices, and regulations regarding executive compensation

  • Provide consulting services to key stakeholders related to hires and promotions of executive talent

  • Participate in the preparation of content for the quarterly meetings with the board's compensation committee

  • Partner with head of people analytics to develop data driven insights on the effectiveness of our executive compensation and performance-based compensation programs

  • Partner with head of compensation operations to drive implementation of executive compensation programs and performance-based compensation programs

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive broad-based and executive compensation experience

  • Experience using platforms such as SEC EDGAR, Equilar, NASPP, Radford Network

  • Successful track record of partnering and developing deep working relationships with all levels of clients and stakeholders

  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively depending on the audience

  • Proven experience in leveraging data to drive decision making

  • Experience preparing and communicating materials for Senior Management, Compensation Committee meetings, and relevant disclosure materials (e.g. CD&A)

  • Ability to comprehend financial concepts and interpreting financial data
