Twitter is transforming how we work and we need a Senior Program Manager, Consultancy and Organizational Effectiveness, to help us drive that change. Your critical thinking and facilitation skills help define complex productivity problems and put shape and structure onto a tangled mess! Your planning skills mean you have a realistic and executable course of action to tackle some of our most complex organizational challenges. Your ability to influence others towards a common goal assures buy-in and execution from our partners across the business. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Partner with leaders in critical functions across the business to identify systemic or root-cause obstacles to effective working at Twitter (e.g. how we manage projects or how we make decisions).

  • Consult cross-functionally and leverage data to understand and characterize complex problems. 

  • Facilitate scoping exercises, connecting stakeholders and supporting the planning, prioritization and decision-making process. 

  • Influence stakeholders to ensure prioritization and resource allocation to execute solutions.  

  • Provide business process definition and business analysis services and develop Twitter’s expertise in process development.

  • Track progress and consolidate reporting on all cross-functional and How We Work related efforts. 

  • Work in close partnership with Leads to help drive adoption of new processes, tools or practices.


  • 6+ years experience in management consultancy, organizational effectiveness or strategy + operations. 

  • Proven skills in managing business transformation programs end-to-end, with great facilitation and project management skills.

  • Passionate about the processes that make up a typical day at work (meetings, communications, collaboration, productivity, teaming, leadership).

  • Empathetic with the needs of a globally distributed and diverse workforce and the varying needs at a functional level e.g. sales, engineering. 

  • BA/BS in Business, Technology or Human Resources
