You will join our growing technical department and you’ll help shape and develop a more mature team. You'll be surrounded by talented professionals. • Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
• Making architectural designs related to the implementation of new features
• Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews.
• Operate in an Agile development environment while collaborating with key stakeholders.
• Resolve complex technical issues as necessary.
• Keep abreast of new technology developments.
• Mentor less senior software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques

Essential: 

• Advanced experience of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Experience mentoring other developers on the team, giving constructive guidance and driving architecture decisions.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes/Docker.
• Understanding of UNIX platforms.
• Experience with highly scalable web development and database architecture.
• Expertise in programming languages including but not limited to: Java, Go, Python, NodeJS, SQL.

Desirable:

• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS/React Native a plus.
• Experience with creating CI/CD pipelines to help development and testing
