Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage all LATAM event plan and execution, aligned with the overall Field Marketing strategy, adhering projects to budgets, schedule and making sure they are delivered on a timely manner
  • Align and evaluate events tactics calendar to meet sales funnel needs. Collaborate with Field marketing team to understand top market priorities and how to contribute to pipeline health
  • Understand educational trends and be able to adapt events deliverables to improve results whenever needed
  • Lead agencies and contractors across regional countries to deliver Tii-hosted events, Workshops, Third party events, conferences and online events
  • Report and monitor events ROI by tracking leads, accounts and pipeline contribution with proven data. Update Pardot and SFDC campaigns, contact information and ambassador engagements
  • Research and identify new opportunities for event sponsorships and channels, aligned with the Turnitin brand and products. Assess the relevance of overall events vs business goals;
  • Setup pre, during and post event campaigns to leverage events and ensure quality lead follow-up processes with Sales Team
  • Make sure we keep brand guidelines in all event deliverables
  • Manage print and delivery of materials, swags and assets for events to attend Sales’ needs;
  • Map and develop new event opportunities in collaboration with partners, maximizing Turnitin impact;
  • Communicate with speakers and support overall presentation sessions
  • Provide training, presentation support, and platform tests with hosts whenever needed
  • Champion our Ambassadors Program, engaging thought leaders and customers in the Events Marketing activities with the goal of engaging existing users and educating prospects about the value of Turnitin’s solutions. Collaborate with the Content Marketing team to recommend top users for case studies
  • Investigate public relation opportunities with events and speakers. Help on content curation

  • Demand funnel KPIs (volume, conversion, velocity, value) 
  • Sourced and Influenced Pipeline
  • Sourced and Influenced Bookings
  • Account Engagement Score
  • Database Health (growth, quality, deliverability)
  • Cost per inquiry, cost per lead, live attendees, visited booth, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years experience in B2B marketing. Desirable education/ Edutech industry
  • Experienced on budget control and reporting
  • Event management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple deliverables at a time to fit our go to market plan
  • Knowledge of ABM and Sales funnel
  • Experience in delivering a fully integrated field marketing execution 
  • Content creation to support all the different job roles in the industry
  • Knowledge of different marketing platforms to support campaign projects and ROI: Pardot, Salesforce, Stripo, Asana
