Job Description
As part of a digital demand generation team that supports all Regional Marketing Teams serving the globe, you will contribute to the successful development and delivery of effective and measurable regional and territory-focused digital marketing activities to build meaningful new business opportunities and customer relationships. This includes up to - and is not limited to paid search and display, programmatic advertising, ABM advertising, and email.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will support all of the Turnitin organisation’s portfolio of products in exceeding budgeted revenue targets by providing a first-class digital marketing service that meets and exceeds the expectations of colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a designated campaign manager for regions, intaking campaign briefs and managing task delegation and completion across multiple departments using Asana.
- As backup and when needed, provide draft-level copy for short form assets such as email, paid social ads and paid search.
- Work with global Field Marketers,Creative Services, and Corporate Communications colleagues to develop, execute, and optimise paid search campaigns for key markets through keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page, and bidding optimisations, automation, budget management, and competitor analysis (primarily Google Ads).
- Track, measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against marketing and business goals (ROI and team/individual OKRs)
- Ensure compliance with regional SPAM laws and other relevant laws.
- Utilise internal tools to put relevant processes and tracking in place in order to evaluate campaign success.
- Collaborates with agencies, contractors, and other vendor partners as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in B2B marketing with a focus on paid search
- Minimum of 2 year’s hands-on experience in B2B marketing with a focus on paid social, short-form content writing, and email campaign development, execution and measurement in a technology company
- Recent experience within a similar industry initiating and supporting digital marketing lead gen and customer engagement activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or proven equivalent experience.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) and good working knowledge of social media management tools
- Strong working knowledge of paid search platforms (Google Ads)
- Intermediate working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Intermediate working knowledge of SEO and Pay Per Click (PPC) strategies
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation systems (ideally Pardot)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce.com)
- Basic knowledge and experience using a CMS
- Ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels that aligns with the brand and generates engagement
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid search and display
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience and knowledge of the education technology sector
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
