Job Description

We're looking for a demand marketer to drive and coordinate our marketing activities in South East Asia (SEA); specifically in the key markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines.

As part of our APAC regional field marketing team, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of marketing plans that satisfy the objectives of the markets in this territory. You will be the liaison between the SEA go-to-market organisation and the global field marketing team, localising off-the-shelf campaigns and templates to execute in market.

A few of the things you’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating solid briefs and marketing plans in alignment with each market within SEA in collaboration with territory sales reps.
  • Leading and managing go-to-market marketing strategies and activities for the different markets in SEA for both new and existing business.

  • Working closely with territory sales reps from agreed plans to activate localised campaigns that support business objectives in the markets, using an ABM approach when called for, that drives engagement across academic institutions to build meaningful pipeline.

  • Liaising and collaborating with the global field marketing team in order to execute your campaigns and activities, including events, webinars, communications and digital.

  • Utilising pre-defined programmes, campaigns and templates from the global field marketing team that you will fine tune, hone and/or localise to meet the needs of the territory.

  • Executing, monitoring, measuring and reporting on marketing campaigns and activities, course correcting when necessary.

  • Reporting to sales/territory/regional leaders on a monthly basis and to wider team/Executives on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

The skills and knowledge you’ll possess:

  • B2B demand generation experience in SEA, supporting multiple countries, cultures, languages and markets of different maturity levels.
  • 5 years marketing experience (at least) working closely with and supporting sales and account management teams.
  • Proven ability to plan, develop, manage, organise, and execute marketing strategy and activity across multiple markets and channels.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication (Malay and/or Bahasa Indonesia language skills are plus!)
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems such as Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Expert in reporting on marketing activity in relation to ARR opportunity.
  • Always learning, looking to improve and seeking innovative ways to impact pipeline growth.
