Reporting to the Digital Marketing Specialist, NOA HED, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Regional Marketing team in the execution and delivery of digital campaigns and assets to attract and engage a base of academic professionals in target higher education institutions in North America (United States & Canada) with a specific focus on email campaigns. 

What you will do

• Develop promotional plans for digital campaigns, what a specific focus in email marketing campaigns;

• Manage email campaigns across different channels, including cold outreach campaigns for the Sales team, marketing automated email nurture streams, and customer newsletters;

• Support creation of email campaigns through system set-up and writing templates;

• Write copy for email outreach and landing pages, as required; 

• Create landing pages for customer trainings and events;

• Be able to report on email success and how it contributes to overall pipeline attainment;

• Generate list uploads from email marketing tools and integrate on CRM for proper lead scoring;

• Manage lists and identify segmentations that will maximize the campaign reach; 

• Run A/B experiments to identify the best titles and times to send emails to specific target audiences;

• Work in collaboration with the Regional Marketing team members and support the team in tasks and projects, as necessary. . 

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience;

• +2 years of experience in Digital Marketing;

• Must have experience working with email marketing campaigns in Pardot or Hubspot; 

• Experience as a user of Tii solutions is a plus;

• Experience working in the HED or EdTech sectors is a plus.
