Job Description

ExamSoft Worldwide (a Turnitin company) is seeking a high energy, detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Manager, to develop and execute marketing campaigns for the organization. The Marketing Campaign Manager will manage marketing campaigns from beginning to end to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve campaign goals. 

The Marketing Campaign Manager will report to the Associate Director, Marketing and play an integral role on the Marketing team. They will work cross-departmentally to effectively support campaigns and product launches.

 ExamSoft offers a market-leading assessment-management solution that supports the entire testing process, including exam creation, administration, delivery, scoring, and analysis. The software delivers powerful, actionable data to assess learning outcomes. 

Responsibilities:

  • Devise B2B integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers

  • Develop marketing mix recommendations into planning process based on best practices & campaign analytics

  • Determine appropriate communication vehicles and mix strategies to support integrated campaign objectives and performance targets

  • Develop the campaign touchpoints and email cadence to ensure optimal engagement and prevent list fatigue

  • Develop and project lead integrated campaigns, both online and traditional, in partnership with the rest of the marketing team, stepping in to fill in gaps as necessary

  • Establish goals and critical metrics for campaigns based on historical or projected results, and tie back actual performance and revenue impact

  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns

  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity

  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels

  • Deliver regular reports of campaign results and evaluation of KPIs

  • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials

  • Establish communication strategies for campaign efforts by audience

  • Provide direction to all internal marketing teams as well as external agencies

  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate campaign effectiveness

  • Ensure adherence to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy, creative execution, optimizing for performance, and troubleshooting; define new processes and workflows as needed

  • Partner effectively with Sales, Product, and Marketing team, to effectively support campaigns and product launches

  • Communicate the value proposition of products to all go-to-market teams and ensure that effective sales support materials and packages are created

  • Coordinate product positioning, target customer segments and communicate key benefits of the products through various marketing channels (e.g. direct mail, digital, print advertising, etc)

  • Evaluate reactions to marketing campaigns to ensure the timely adjustment of messaging and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field or equivalent experience

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, marketing communications, and/or digital marketing

  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns and complex projects

  • Technical acumen to design campaigns that optimize the use of marketing platforms

  • Analytical and decision-making skills to identify and prioritize critical issues

  • Ability to interpret data and articulate results to a diverse audience

  • Time management skills
