Job Description

Supporting the Service Delivery team to manage the quality of proctoring service delivery. 

This role focuses primarily on monitoring and continuously improving the services of teams through day-to-day relationships with internal and external stakeholders through close and accurate monitoring of proctoring throughput quality and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities and Outputs

  • Monitor quality of deliverables according to proctoring delivery standards and that relevant KPIs are met
  • Support reporting efforts to monitor the performance of ProctorExam delivery team and proactively identify area of improvements according to the department objectives
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders required for delivering proctoring services, within the Turnitin group and subcontractors
  • Implement the delivery methodology and best practices for proctoring services 
  • Produce supporting materials, including pedagogical content about proctoring services, documentation and template plans for use by internal and external stakeholders involved in the proctoring process
  • Identify and implement new strategies/policies/processes to improve service delivery performance and accuracy
  • Act as escalation point to address stakeholders’ questions on the services and resolve doubtful situations
  • Support ProctorExam teams in the standardisation of the proctoring services while liaising with internal and external stakeholders to manage clients and partner expectations and ensure implementations/use of the services are within the agreed scope and timeframe

Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in a customer facing role
  • Analytical and data driven: convert a lot of information into a clear concise message
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and always changing environment.
  • Able to work autonomously 
  • Experience/knowledge of the proctoring industry
  • Interest in working in a multicultural environment
  • Experience working with BPO
