Job Description
This role will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our netsuite instance and in giving direction and advice to operational teams about how best to leverage the netsuite systems capabilities. Working closely with AR, AP and GL teams, the job holder will identify, develop and deploy new business processes, implementing improvements and providing support to users across multiple time zones.
This role is part technical project manager, part expert consultant, part Netsuite architect.
Job duties:
Serve as primary system administrator for the Netsuite environment
Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, access and roles, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks
Gather detailed change requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
Automate processes using Netsuite tools
Manage less complex integrations where applicable
Train new users and grow the Netsuite skill set across the organization
Document customizations made in Netsuite
Plan ahead for upgrades, seasonal releases and long term projects
Supporting end user requirements
troubleshooting problems including system interfaces and integration issues
Assisting end user requests for reporting needs (such as saved searches, dashboards, report building)
Performing day to day troubleshooting activities alongside end users
Drive testing for implementation and integration of systems
Other special projects as required
Qualifications
at least 5+ years NetSuite administration experience
Extensive understanding of NetSuite, including experience in advanced revenue management (ARM), multi-book accounting, and being integrated with a SFDC CPQ environment and SFDC billing
effectively able to manage tight workload and deadlines
enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, global environment
have a good understanding and experience of carrying out financial processes
Excellent communicator
