This post is responsible for selling Tii services to new customers, advising, training and assisting existing customers, including signing new contracts and renewing existing ones. Responsible for teaching customers how to properly implement TII products and how to use them effectively with existing software.

Responsibilities

• Consulting new and potential customers by phone, e-mail, messenger on the company's services, their cost and signing the necessary documents and using TII services
• Consulting new and potential customers by phone, e-mail, messenger, on the possibilities of using TII services and implementation options
• Consulting regular customers on new features of TII services (interface updates, additional options, etc.).
• Consulting regular customers on the need to sign
  new documents (continuation of agreements,
  regulation of changes in agreements by
  supplementary agreements)
• Keep record of customer preferences and needs.
• Working with agreements – checking agreements
  from customers for changes and edits
• Adding customer information in CRM HubSpot and
  Google Sheets
• Coordinating approvals with the Legal Department
  of the contractors’ edits.
• Conducting individual (only for a particular higher
  education institute) presentations on the operation
  of TII services for customers.
