Job Description
Turner & Townsend are currently seeking a driven, focused and qualified individual to support the strategic analysis of our client’s automotive Dealer network.
As the Strategy Support / Financial Data Analytics Coordinator you will work alongside a Turner & Townsend team, delivering work with our client in their head office. You will have direct interface with our clients Dealer Network Development team with responsibility for producing monthly and ad hoc reports to support their activity.
You will likely be required to be in the office in the Cool Springs area in Franklin, TN up to 5 days a week during regular business hours.
Successful applicants will have an interest in data / financial analysis and a desire to work in the automotive industry.

Specifics activities include:
- Produce executive / regional reports, presentations, special projects and related information analyses to support performance objectives
- Prepare strategic financial analyses of automotive Retailers to identify opportunity areas for improvement
- Develop tools and reports to support analysis of Retailers’ financial performance and cross-departmental ad hoc requests
- Manage, coordinate and prepare effective presentation material for our clients executive management teams
- Create reports that clearly communicate actionable plans to improve Dealer performance
- Drive to meet regular reporting schedules and to continually improve existing report formats, templates and processes
- Flexibility and commitment to deliver work products in tight timeframes
- Ability to manage priorities when work assignments are given with short notice and quick deadlines
- Extensive interface with multiple stakeholders including executive teams, other departments and external parties
- Support the training of regional personnel and stakeholders
- Knowledge management – ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project is captured. Ensure application of best practice on all projects
- Process improvement – Identify ways to improve internal systems and processes
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University in data analytics, finance, business management or project management
- Experience and understanding of financial statements preferred
- Experience and a desire to work in the automotive field
- Positive, flexible attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to utilize all the common Microsoft tools to make persuasive cases to support strategic objectives.
- Strong commercial acumen
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- The ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work at client sites independent from other team members
- Detail oriented with strong focus on producing high-quality outputs to meet tight deadlines
- Strong proficiency in the common Microsoft Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience building PowerBI reports preferred
