We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a large healthcare project in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This senior leadership position requires a professional with over 20 years of project management expertise to oversee complex, multi-faceted projects from conception through successful completion. The ideal candidate will drive organizational excellence, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with healthcare industry standards and regulatory requirements. A proven track record of delivering healthcare/hospital projects in the region is highly desired requirement. 

• Direct and oversee all phases of healthcare projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget parameters
• Develop comprehensive project strategies and roadmaps that align with organizational objectives and healthcare sector best practices
• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, implementing contingency plans to ensure successful project outcomes
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting with precision and transparency
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, industry standards, and local Saudi Arabia requirements throughout all project phases
• Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership and key stakeholders through clear, professional reporting
• Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies that enhance project delivery and organizational performance
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to facilitate seamless project execution
• Establish and maintain project documentation, quality standards, and best practice frameworks

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in project management and leadership roles
• Proven track record of successfully directing large-scale, complex healthcare/hospital projects with significant budgets and stakeholder involvement
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare industry operations, regulatory compliance (including HIPAA and local Saudi Arabia healthcare regulations), and quality standards
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia's healthcare sector, regulatory environment, and business culture is advantageous
