Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- To take line management responsibilities and develop Project managers and team members through structured guidance, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Hold the highest level of professional integrity and business ethics.

- Motivate team members, and drive towards positive client outcomes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible to manage the team’s resource against the business pipeline and projects
- Conduct interviews for vacant positions in line with the company’s recruitment process and resource requirements
- Critically analyze, challenge and brainstorm project requirements and deliverables, in order to find creative solutions and alternatives on behalf of clients.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- To act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across all stakeholders through structured meetings, reporting, and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Support conflict resolution and issue management by escalating appropriately and offering practical solutions.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing across the project team.
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead overall project management to ensure quality, cost, statutory compliance, safety, environmental standards, and scheduling requirements are met.
- Manage the implementation of the master programme, including materials and long lead items, ensuring alignment with project milestones and delivery timelines.
- Update and maintain the master programme and ensure short-term programmes—such as weekly work plans, look-ahead schedules, and inspection timelines—are reviewed and communicated effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Plan and organize statutory inspections and ensure timely approvals.
- Produce comprehensive project reports that capture key updates, risks, decisions, and action items to maintain transparency and informed decision-making.
Site Coordination
- Monitor progress and quality through regular updates and collaboration with site teams or contractors.
- Ensure safety standards and compliance are implemented across all project activities.
- Support effective project administration, including documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Degree in Architecture, Project Management, Construction, Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of progressive project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex Retail, Banking, or Commercial Fit-out projects.
- Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple fast-paced timelines simultaneously, working under tight corporate deadlines within a committed consultancy team.
- Full professional language level for written and spoken Cantonese and English
