Job Description

Purpose

Lead engagement with key stakeholders, government agencies, regulators, utility authorities, airport operators, and statutory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop stakeholder management and authority engagement plans.
  • Manage approvals, permits, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
  • Coordinate stakeholder consultations and authority reviews.
  • Resolve interface issues between project teams and external parties.
  • Monitor stakeholder-related risks and mitigation actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Public Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of stakeholder, regulatory, or authority liaison experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with government agencies and regulatory authorities.
  • Experience supporting major infrastructure, aviation, transport, or urban development projects.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of statutory approval processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
