Nuestro cliente, una importante compañía del sector minero, se encuentra en búsqueda de un(a) BIM Manager para integrarse a proyectos estratégicos de inversión en la gran minería del cobre.
Responsable de la implantación y uso de la metodología BIM, coordinando el proceso de modelado del proyecto, desarrollando estándares, planes de ejecución BIM y liderando la coordinación multidisciplinaria en plataformas de diseño 3D con inteligencia de datos durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto

• Título profesional de Ingeniero(a) Civil, Industrial o de Ejecución, de cualquier especialidad.
• Certificado de título legalizado ante notario.
• Entre 10 y 15 años de experiencia profesional, con experiencia comprobada en:
  • Gestión y/o control de cartera, programas o proyectos de inversión.
  • Proyectos de la gran minería del cobre.
  • Consultoría y servicios de apoyo a la gestión de proyectos mineros o industriales.
• Deseable certificación Project Management Professional (PMP) otorgada por el PMI.
• Experiencia liderando estrategias, estándares y procesos BIM en proyectos de ingeniería y construcción.

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Metodología de Valor Ganado (EVM).
• Sistema de Inversión de Capital (SIC) de Codelco.
• Sistema de Gestión de Proyectos Divisional (SGPD) de Codelco.
• Planificación, programación y control de proyectos de inversión.
• Procesos de compras y adquisiciones para proyectos.
• SAP Módulos PS e IM.
• Elaboración, control y gestión de presupuestos en proyectos nuevos y en ejecución.
• Microsoft Office Profesional.
• MS Project y/o Primavera P6.
• Herramientas BIM y plataformas colaborativas para gestión y coordinación de modelos digitales.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Liderar la estrategia y gobernanza BIM del proyecto.
• Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares BIM.
• Integrar los procesos BIM con la planificación, control de costos y seguimiento de avance.
• Supervisar la calidad de modelos, entregables y flujos de información del proyecto.
• Promover la transformación digital y las mejores prácticas de gestión de información en entornos mineros.
