We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead the commissioning and startup of MEP systems for mission-critical data center projects. This role is responsible for ensuring all electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems are tested, validated, and delivered to meet project, client, and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning activities for critical MEP systems, including power, cooling, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and controls.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, testing procedures, and turnover documentation.
• Oversee FAT, SAT, functional testing, integrated systems testing (IST), and system startup.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Track commissioning issues, RFIs, risks, and corrective actions through project closeout.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or related Engineering field.
• At least 5+ years of proven commissioning experience with MEP systems, preferably in data centers or other mission-critical facilities.
• Strong understanding of electrical distribution, HVAC/cooling systems, controls, plumbing, and life safety infrastructure.
• Experience managing commissioning documentation, testing, and project schedules.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Data center commissioning experience strongly preferred.
