Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CSA Superintendent to lead all Civil, Structural, and Architectural field operations on a major industrial construction project. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong scheduling, quality, and safety focus in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

  • Oversee all on-site CSA work – earthwork, foundations, structural steel, concrete, roofing, façades, and architectural finishes
  • Enforce strict safety protocols; lead daily toolbox talks and site inspections
  • Develop and maintain schedules; track daily progress and implement recovery plans when needed
  • Ensure all work meets IFC drawings, specs, and quality standards; witness key inspections per ITP
  • Coordinate closely with MEP/process trades to manage interfaces and avoid conflicts
  • Serve as primary field liaison between owner, design team, PM, and subcontractors
  • Prepare daily logs, weekly progress reports, and photo documentation
  • Monitor field costs, labor productivity, and subcontractor performance against budget

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent trade background
  • 15+ years of construction supervision experience, with minimum 10 years on industrial/large-scale projects, semi-conductor projects experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
