Job Description

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of architectural and construction projects from design development through completion.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate architectural, engineering, consultant, contractor, and client teams throughout all project phases.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution.
  • Track project progress and ensure compliance with project objectives, contractual requirements, and client expectations.

Design & Construction Coordination

  • Review architectural designs, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Coordinate design reviews, value engineering exercises, and design change management processes.
  • Support site activities, monitor construction progress, and resolve design-related issues during execution.
  • Ensure adherence to local authority regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates on project status, risks, and key milestones.
  • Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future project engagements.

Governance & Reporting

  • Maintain project governance, documentation, reporting, and communication processes.
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and progress updates for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
  • Capture project lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience managing architectural, commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects.
  • Experience overseeing the full project lifecycle, from design development through construction and handover.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design processes, construction methodologies, and project management principles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, consultants, and contractors within a fast-paced project environment.
  • Familiarity with local building regulations, authority approvals, and construction standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in project management and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
