Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics operations for the project, including transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and equipment
- Develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with project schedules and milestones
- Manage vendor relationships, including freight forwarders, customs agents, and local transport providers
- Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure on-time arrival of critical equipment
- Oversee inventory management, warehousing, and site-level storage solutions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, import/export requirements, and safety standards
- Identify and proactively mitigate potential supply chain risks and delays
- Collaborate closely with project managers, construction teams, procurement, and engineering stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics costs
- Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes and cost efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or data center projects
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-value equipment logistics
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
