We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong focus on project systems, analytics, and information management to support major capital programs and portfolios across the construction sector.
This role bridges project controls systems, information management, and data analytics. You will help clients unlock value from their data, improve delivery performance, and align their ways of working with modern digital tools. The right candidate will demonstrate hands-on experience in reviewing, compiling, and visualizing complex data sets while actively supporting PMIS implementations and continuous improvement efforts. You will be a curious problem-solver who brings ideas on how to further develop our analysis capabilities and works collaboratively to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities

- Requirements & Strategy: Assist in the development, validation, and translation of business and system requirements into practical digital solutions and technical documentation.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Review, compile, interpret, and visualize complex data sets. Design and implement impactful dashboarding and reporting solutions to enable insight-led decision-making.
- Data Integration: Support the integration of project, cost, schedule, and asset data across the PMO into a centralized reporting framework.
- Continuous Improvement: Give ideas and input on how to further develop internal analysis and modeling capabilities. Actively engage with emerging industry trends to embed learning into delivery.
- Communication: Contribute to high-quality documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications, clearly translating technical data insights to non-technical audiences.
Technical Knowledge
- Data Analysis & Databases: Experience writing SQL scripts and querying relational databases to extract and manage datasets.
- Dashboarding, Automation & Workspace Ecosystems: Practical experience building and maintaining visualizations using enterprise tools like Looker Studio (Data Studio) and internal platforms (e.g., Plx Dashboards), combined with experience driving reporting automation, data integration, and collaborative workflows within cloud-based productivity suites (e.g., connected spreadsheets, Apps Script).
- Data Modeling Foundations: Solid foundation in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups) with an understanding of VBA for data manipulation and modeling.
- Data Standards: Solid understanding of Data and Information Management standards within a capital project or PMO environment.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional experience in data analysis, systems implementation, or project analytics, preferred within the real estate or construction sectors.
- Degree in a STEM discipline, Data Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Experience supporting client-facing data-enabled change, from engagement start-up through to implementation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to confidently present data insights and technical concepts to both internal teams and clients.
- A self-starter attitude with a focus on delivering results and adaptability to challenges within a collaborative team.
